Final notes, please read...
Resuming normal operation: Applications are now open again. Due to the current delay in our reviews, applications from 2005-20-11 will only be evaluated next January 2006. We apologise for this inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding!
Please read our criteria and our privacy policy (as well as our Children Online Privacy and Safety Policy) carefully before submitting your site for evaluation.
If you feel that your site will probably fail to meet some criterion or that it could incur in some of the disqualification factors, then you are probably right and please consider making the necessaries changes to your website before taking this step. Not having this good sense may lead to your site being disqualified in the preview, meaning this that you only be able to resubmit the site for appreciation after 90 days.
The applicant may select the award program to which the site is being submitted. This must be stated in the appropriate field in the Application form.
Note: We will not transfer applications between award programs nor will we award other than the applicant's choosen award, even if during the review process we conclude that the site complies with the minimum requirement for the other award program. The 90 days period applies also to applications from the same site and/or webmaster to any of the CPSnet Web Awards.
After submitting the data requested in the form below, you will receive a confirmation message in the next 72 hours. If you do not receive this message, please re-send the information, this time using a simple e-mail message addressed to webawards@cpsimoes.net
The evaluation process will take place during the next weeks. It is our intention to notify all applicants of the final result, but if you not hear from us within two months, you can safely assume that your site was not awarded this time. There is no such thing as a list of rejected applicants.
Current review times and schedules: 60 days for the High In The Sky Award and 60 days for the Aracnofilia Award.Be aware that the evaluator's decision is final, will not discriminate partial scores and not open to further discussion, so if your site fails to be awarded this time, you should, if you pretend to resubmit it, make the necessary changes, instead of arguing with our team about the decision. This attitude will lead to your e-mail address being blocked and your web site considered no longer eligible to receive this award, being this a permanent situation.
All fields marked with a * are required. The remaining are optional.
Privacy Policy: in a few words, the personal information you provide in here will be considered confidential and used only for (and during) the evaluation process. Only awarded web sites will be added to our Winners Lists. For a more detailed Privacy Notice, go to this page. If you do not agree with our stated Privacy Policy, you should not send us any information nor submit your website for evaluation. In addition we will not consider eligible to be awarded one of our awards any website owned and/or operated by someone below the age of sixteen (16), if and when personally identifiable information about the owner / webmaster is present in the website. Read more about this at our Children Online Privacy and Safety Policy.
Note: By pressing the "Submit" button below, you are giving formal authorization to the owner of this award program to: Give access to the information you are providing to the CPSnet Review team; Include excerpts of this information (excluding email address) in any eventual and public "Status List" or "Recent Applications" list; Include excerpts of this information (excluding email address) as well as a screenshot of your website, in our public Winners lists if you and your website are awarded the award you are this way applying for.
Please write all the information required in a correct manner, using capital letters only and when appropriate. Applications containing the web site title, the name and/or the site's description written using only uppercase or lowercase letters will be immediately disqualified.
